Wavector is a set of modern ocean wave analysis tools in a convenient user-friendly software package for scientists, engineers, technicians and students. Based on the proven XWaves ocean wavefield analysis technology, Wavector provides a cost-effective solution for most common wave data analysis and visualization requirements. Wavector is a completely GUI-driven stand-alone application ready to go to work for you!

Wavector is useful for processing wave data collected with the Nortek AWAC, Aquadopp Profiler and Vector Velocimeter.  It may also be used to process data from other sources, such as the freely available NDBC wave archives.
