C&C Technologies in Houston decides to use Nortek deep water current meters for upcoming project in Brazil.

Nortek receives order for 14 Aquadopps

The project will use a mixture of 2000-m and 6000-m instruments. The decision made by C&C Technologies is part of a clear trend toward the increased use of Aquadopp deep water current meters in the offshore industry.   This has to be seen on the background of extensive instrument performance testing - and technical improvements - that were made in collaboration with researchers at WHOI back in 2003-2005.
