Just to let you all know that we have spent quite a bit of time this spring on interfacing a fast response O2 sensor to the Vector. This turned out to be quite a bit of work because we had no prior experience with these picoAmp devices
The purpose of the O2 sensor is to gather synchronous dissolved oxygen and vertical velocity data. This allows for the calculation of the dissolved oxygen flux (eddy correlation method), which is of great interest to researchers working with boundary layer processes. The last data I saw (now in August) looked outstanding so we might really be on to something here

This is still not a turn-key package and the oxygen sensor, the amplifier, and the filters all come from different manufacturers and/or research engineers. This is something we will be looking at this fall. Ideally, we would like to give you something that works out of the box but we are not yet 100% sure this will be within our reach this year. More info to follow in September.
Best regards,
Atle Lohrmann
