We are glad to see that our potential presence during the seminar would be welcomed. The way I see it you can do two things in connection with this. You can announce to the potential participants that there might be (Spanish-speaking) experts on the acoustic Doppler velocimeter technology present during the seminar, or you could even offer a half day training seminar in the use and understanding of the latest development in this technology. By the way, how many participants do you expect?

In any case we will urge our Latin-American representatives to contact as many existing and potential users of the acoustic Doppler velocimeter technology as possible, and to encourage these to participate.

Dear Ketil,
We have discussed your ideas on how Nortek can participate in the Workshop with the rest of the members of the workshop committee and we decided that you can give a 30 minutes talk during the workshop (plus 15 minutes of comments and questions) in a special session reserved for companies and you can also have and an exhibit during the two days. Thus, we will announce the potential participants that there will be Spanish-speaking (or English speaking) experts on the acoustic Doppler velocimeter technology present during the seminar. I tried to contact you Latin-American representatives in this regard and I haven’t got any news from then yet. It will be nice if you can contact them in this regard.
