Welcome

This section is devoted to talk about documentation, the good and the bad. The updating and reviewing of all our documentation is an ongoing process. You could compare it to painting a bridge, once you've reached one end it's time to start again at the beginning.

We welcome all your comments and suggestions. Don't be shy about pointing out spelling, punctuation or grammar errors. What do you think of the general standard of the Nortek manuals? Do you like/dislike the format? What about the binding? What can we do to improve our printed manuals?

All our manuals and other documentation is available as PDF. Does this work for you? Do you need other formats? What about HTML versions? More pictures? Less pictures? Are the files too large to download? Would abridged text only versions be useful?

These are not necessarily questions you need to answer but does give an example of the type of feedback we are interested in. Good documentation is important for many different reasons, we want to ensure that our efforts aren't wasted.
