Time Gap Errors

I have some time gap errors in my current profile data when I load my AWAC data in Storm software.

Please could you explain the siginificance of these and what if anything can be done to rectify these when data processing?

Dear Sam, maybe your time gap is linked to the wave burst being longer than 10 minutes so you loose one current profile every hour?  If this is the case, you can use the data conversion option of interpolating, i.e. inserting a new data point by linear interpolation every time a point is missing.
