Problem with loading AWAC data in Storm

I'm having trouble loading some recently collected AWAC data (.wpr) files into Storm.  I get this message "error code = -28" and it won't view the data.  I ran this same file through the data conversion tool in AWAC AST version 1.3 with no problem and got out text files of data. I checked the error codes and it doesn't seem like there are an unreasonable number of errors.  Any suggestions as to why this might be the case?

This might be a known error that is related to "daylight savings time". Try to right-click on the computer time and select "adjust date/time", then uncheck the box for automatically checking for daylight savings time. Close Storm and try to run it again.
