Nortek warranty terms

Nortek AS warrants that our manufactured goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original shipment.  Third party products or consumables will bear the warranty of their manufacturer.

If you identify any defects in material or workmanship, we ask that you promptly notify Nortek and inform us of the specific nature of the defect.  We will then either ship you replacement parts or request that you return the system to Nortek or to one of our service centers for repair.  Our warranty does not apply to goods that have been subject to improper installation, misued, alteration, neglect, damaged during deployment, accident, or the like.  The warranty does not cover shortcomings that are due to design errors or any form of consequential damages that are the result  of errors in the measurements.

To activate your warranty, please fill out this online form:  Warranty activation.  The person who is registered on the warranty form will receive all information relevant to the particular instrument by e-mail.

To extend the warranty, please fill out this form: Warranty extension.  You can also use this form if you would simply like to share your experience with your Nortek instrument with us when you have used the instrument for some time.
