Vector Read Clock

I have a question about using the SC command with a Vector.  I can set the clock through the Vector Software (no problem), but when I try to send the RC command in the terminal emulator I get unusual values according to the format described in the system integration manual.  The time is set for April 30, 2008 5:55 pm, when I send the RC command through the terminal emulator I get 32 11  31 20 32 12 06 06.  Any ideas?

I tried this through the terminal emulator. First I sent 53 43 55 55 30 17 08 04 to set the clock (SC in hex plus clock data April 30, 2008 5:55 pm) and got acknowledge 06 06 in return. The read command RC (or hex command 52 43) in the terminal emulator returned 55 56 30 17 08 04 06 06 as expected one second later.
Did you set the clock through the software before doing this test?
When you set the clock through the software, the dialog box will display the time of the instrument clock when it opens. If you try On-line -> Set Clock a second time, do you see the expected time when the dialog box opens?
