Re: Low RTC battery?

hi,

like few others, I have got an error message when trying to start a data collection  (see attachment). I have tried to recharge (twice) the RTC battery, by plug the communication cable to the power (is that the right method?) and over a much longer time than 12 hours, but I keep receiving this message.
Am I not recharging the RTC battery properly or could it be another problem?
Any advice?

Hi,

As discussed by e-mail this is actually the error message given when an instrument with AquaPro HR fw is tried started with the regular AquaPro software (not HR).

We apologize the cryptic error message and will try to give a better one in future releases.
