File converter programm

I have problem to open file converter programm with an error message "This application has failed to start because MFC71.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I have re-install a few times but still can't fixed the problem. Is there any other way to fix it?

We were also facing problem to separate useful and useless data record while using AWAC-AST (data record after 2009-2-9 16:30:00 meaningless to our project ). Since we cannot separate both the useful and useless data, it can influence accuracy of our result. Thus, can you tell us how to solve the problem? I hope the attach file below can give you a clearer image on the problem we were facing. (In the attach file, there is also an error message when we open data record, can you please tell us what is the problem and how to solve it?). We appreciate very much for your help. TQ

The AST sofware comes in two version on the WEB site --  "small" and "large".  The difference is the number of supporting DLLs that are included - i.e. one assumes that you already have an older version of the software whereas the other is a "clean" version.  Did you try to install the larger version?

Sorry for this late reply. I tried to uninstall the AST sofeware then installed it again and finally the problem has been fixed.
