Re: Columns 9 - 11 in profiler ASCII data

Hi,

I am just in the process of reading profile data from our 2mHz AquaDopp Profiler into MATLAB.  These data have been converted to ASCII files in AquaPro (v 1.32).

Can anyone tell me what columns 9, 10 and 11 of the profile in the '.dat' file?

The '.hdr' file says:

 1   Cell number

 2   Cell position                    (m)

 3   Velocity (Beam1|X|East)          (m/s)

 4   Velocity (Beam2|Y|North)         (m/s)

 5   Velocity (Beam3|Z|Up)            (m/s)

 7   Amplitude (Beam2)                (counts)

 8   Amplitude (Beam3)                (counts)

 12  Speed                            (m/s)

 13  Direction                        (degrees)

 ...repeated for all cells in profile.

... and sure enough there <b>are</b> 13 columns in the file.  But I have no idea what columns 9 - 13 are!  I've attached a subset of the data for those who are really keen.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
